ROTARY VIBRATOR
Rotary vibrator is a part-feeding system to align components within a cylindrical or conical bowl in a definite orientation. The oriented components can be fed in a clockwise and anti-clockwise direction at a required rate depending on the application to increase PRODUCTIVITY. Bowls are available in different materials like mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium for compatibility with components.
A regulator is provided along with the vibrator to vary the feed rate to the desired level. Power requirement is 230 Volts AC 50 Hz and consumption will be 40 to 320 Watts, depending on the model.
APPLICATION
- Suitable for feeding slugs, semi-finished and finished components to power presses, single and multi-spindle automats, grinding and special purpose machines in engineering, automobile, elctronic and other allied industries.
- For sorting, mixed and defective components.
- Single and multi-track feeding for tablet strip-packing in pharmaceutical industries.
OPTIONAL
- Two-tier bowls are offered for assembly operations.
- Bowls can be lined up with polyurethene lining.
- Auto ON/OFF controls for vibrators to cut off when loading chute is full and re-start when the chute is empty in a time cycle varying from 0 to 3 mins. (adjustable)
- Custom built vibrators are also made per customer's requirement.
LINEAR VIBRATOR
Linear vibrator is another form of feeding system to convey generally powders, granules and similar materials in a linear directions. The material is made to move on a flat surface independent of gravity. A regulator controls the flow of material at a desired rate. Power input will be 230 V AC 50 Hz and consumption will be 40 to 80 Watts. The feeding chute or tray is offered in mild steel, stainless steel and the sizes will be approximately 300 x 1000mm long.
